Applied Learning Programme (ALP)
Our ALP curriculum integrates Design Thinking and Critical Design Futures Thinking skills to nurture the disposition for creative confidence and critical thinking competence in students. Some of our ALP programmes are:
Yuying x Singapore Institute of Technology Secondary 1 Eco-Innovators Programme:
Students will come up with workable solutions to solve problems like food wastage in the canteen.
Yuying x Super Bean International (Mr Bean) Secondary 2 Food Innovation Programme
Students will innovate with Mr Bean to create new food products from soya bean pulps, which would have otherwise been thrown away.
Students presenting their innovative prototype to peers and teachers, showcasing creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving in action.
